Healing is possible.
Are you a Christian woman recovering from emotionally abusive or spiritually-distressing relationships? Has your God-given sense of worth been disrupted, leaving you longing for stability, clarity, and secure identity in Christ? Do you feel emotionally enmeshed with another person but desire healthier attachment, autonomy, and peace? You are the type of client I specialize in serving. I help clients challenge shame-based beliefs, integrate grace, process anger and injustice, resolve spiritual struggles, dismantle trauma bonds, and develop acceptance for unchanging realities. Reach out for faith-integrated, trauma-informed care.
I exclusively treat Christian women with an active faith who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and anger. My primary focus is clients who have experienced physical, emotional, verbal, spiritual, or narcissistic abuse.
I am completely virtual in my practice and meet with clients via distance counseling only. I open sessions with prayer, incorporate relevant biblical truths, and provide handouts and worksheets to support therapy skills between sessions. I counsel with grace.
I specialize in treating self-esteem, codependency, and divorce. I use Spiritually-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help Christian women identify abuse, set boundaries, heal from trauma, resolve anger, and find acceptance for realities unlikely to change. Spiritually-Informed Internal Family Systems therapy helps clients identify parts of the self that have been "exiled" as a result of trauma or pain and need compassion and healing. I provide practical, therapeutic, and spiritual interventions.

I provide licensed mental health counseling via telehealth throughout Alabama, Florida, and Nevada. I exclusively work with Christian women and my best therapeutic fit is with women over the age of 40. Sorry, I do not treat men, children, teens, or couples. Individual sessions only.
